I reside in Dagoretti and when I heard about this retreat I wanted to attend and also bring along many youths from the place where I work. Though there were some problems in getting a vehicle to ferry us to and from the retreat venue, God saw us through and we always had transport for the five days of the retreat. For over 17 years, I suffered from terrible back pain which made me not perform many duties. On the first day of the retreat, I felt better but was not sure. But on the forth day when father asked us to touch the part of our bodies where we felt pain I placed my hand on my back, despite having chest problems and persistent fever since childhood. When I touched my back, I felt as if my back was on fire all along the spinal cord and I knew for sure that my back was healed. I give all praise and honor to The Loving Lord and sweet Jesus. Also I had a kind of swelling at the wrist of my right hand, which also is now gone. Alleluia!
